He possesses extensive experience in business management, corporate leadership, and strategic operations. He currently serves as the Managing Director of K.K. Emulsions Limited, where he plays a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth, operational excellence, and long-term vision. With his strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and hands-on leadership approach, Mr. Dugar contributes significantly to strategic decision – making, governance, and sustainable business growth across the organizations he is associated with.

Mrs. Suraj Dugar – Whole-time Director

Mrs. Suraj Dugar has wide experience in administration, and corporate affairs and has been associated with the Company in a managerial capacity. She has demonstrated competence in handling business operations, statutory compliance, and internal controls. Considering her experience and contribution. As Whole-Time Director, her active role strengthens our leadership team and reinforces our commitment to excellence.

Mr. Mohan Lal Dugar is a veteran professional with over of years of experience in the fields of industry, management, operation. He has been associated with the Company since year and has played a key role in strengthening the Company’s operational efficiency, governance framework, and strategic growth initiatives. As a Whole-Time Director, Mr. Mohan Lal Dugar is responsible for implementation of strategic decisions of the Board, supervision of operational activities, ensuring statutory and regulatory compliance, and driving sustainable growth while safeguarding stakeholder interests.

Ms. Shruti Agarwalla – Independent Director (Non-Executive)

Ms. Shruti Agarwalla is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary, and Commerce graduate. She is currently a Partner at M/s. N. Dokania & Associates and has prior experience as Partner and Team Leader at Agrawal Subodh & Co. Her expertise includes audits, compliance, valuation, and financial advisory, supported by specialized training and multiple ICAI certifications.

Ms. Ritu Agarwal is a qualified Company Secretary and Cost & Management Accountant.
She currently serves as an Independent Director on the boards of three companies, contributing to governance, compliance, and strategic oversight, with strong expertise in due diligence, internal controls, and corporate policy implementation.

Ms. Rina Saraya – Independent Director (Non-Executive)

Ms. Rina Saraya is a qualified Company Secretary and Commerce graduate with over 10 years of experience as a Company Secretary of a listed company. She brings strong expertise in corporate governance, statutory compliance, and secretarial and regulatory functions. She has advised boards and management on legal, compliance, and governance matters and has extensive experience in handling regulatory authorities and ensuring best governance practices.
