We were originally incorporated as K.K. Dugar Real Estate Private Limited in 2012. Shortly after our incorporation, our promoters identified opportunities in the specialty chemicals industry, particularly in the manufacturing and trading of adhesives, binders and emulsions. Based on the market potential and long-term opportunities in the chemical industry, they decided to shift our business focus from real estate activities to the specialty chemicals business.

In 2014, we changed our name to K.K. Emulsions Private Limited to reflect our line of business.

In 2017, we commenced manufacturing of water-based adhesives, binders and emulsions. In 2018, we strengthened our domestic distribution network across Bihar, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand and Assam. followed by the commencement of exports in 2019.

As our business evolved, we expanded our product portfolio to cater to a wider range of industrial applications. In 2022, we commenced trading of specialty chemicals and allied products to complement our manufacturing operations and broaden our product offerings. During the same year, we also commenced manufacturing of additional specialty chemical products, including pressure-sensitive adhesives, construction chemicals, paint emulsions and dry lamination adhesives.

In 2026, we were converted into a public limited company. Today, we manufacture adhesives, binders, emulsions and other specialty chemical products for various industrial applications, while we trade specialty chemicals and allied products to cater to diverse customer requirements across industries such as packaging, printing, woodworking, textiles, construction and other industrial applications.

Our manufacturing facility is located at Khardah, West Bengal, where we undertake formulation development, blending, controlled heating, reaction, stabilisation, filtration and packaging of our products. In addition to our in-house manufacturing operations, we utilise contract manufacturers for selected product categories, including lamination adhesives, wood working adhesives and sticker adhesives.
We manufacture our products using standard formulations developed by us. In addition, where required, we customise formulations to meet the specific requirements of customers across different industrial applications. Depending on the end-use application, such customisation may relate to formulation, bonding characteristics, viscosity, setting time, resistance to heat, moisture and chemicals, packaging configurations and other technical parameters in accordance with customer specifications.
